SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38 Expressing support for a                        
cooperative United States-Canada feasibility study on extending the            
North American rail system through British Columbia and the Yukon              
Territory to Alaska, was read the second time.                                 
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                 
                                                                               
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38 was read the third time.                        
                                                                               
Senators Donley, Taylor, Mackie, Phillips, Pete Kelly moved and                
asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the
